Long-term Plan - 2015
Casa Refugio will:
- Grow its custodial, carpentry and apartment reconditioning services business to generate sufficient income to become a largely self-sustaining program and provide an effective vocational training opportunity for participants
- Affiliate with a national program that will provide a steady flow of program candidates for intake and opportunities for further education and development upon graduation from Casa Refugio
- To increase program capacity by at least 30% with the addition of at least one house
- Purchase one or more of the houses which are currently rented to build long-term equity and reduce rent expense
